HRD is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a global client in Alpharetta, this will be a strategic HRBP to the CSuite team. This role is hybrid in office.
The Sr. HR Business Partner will provide consultative guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on human resources related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives. The Sr. HRBP is a highly-visible, hands-on customer-focused strategic partner. The Sr. HRBP will provide guidance on talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation and other areas as needed
