This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our executive offices and supporting the team of 8-10 people.
Duties may include:
- Performing administrative tasks for the Chairman
- Providing human resources support
- Conducting general accounting tasks
- Acting as a gatekeeper for the chairman
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new systems
- Providing administrative support as needed, including scheduling group meetings, making travel arrangements, maintaining calendars, conducting research, and creating reports
- Coordinating quarterly Board of Director meetings
- Assisting the Chief Accountant and other team members
Candidates should have prior administrative experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
