Primary Responsibilities: Perform routine tasks of cleaning and servicing private homes or residences according to specifications of the owners, including washing dishes, linens, windows, lanais, etc. and other related services or special requests by owners. May move furniture and pack and store personal items for owners. Deliver packages, amenities or other items to homeowners or guests. Perform routine tasks under little or no direct supervision, however, work is subject to inspection.
Essential Duties:
Clean private homes according to specifications by the homeowners and company standards and procedures.
Service for homeowners may also include washing dishes, laundry, windows, lanais, ironing and other related services.
Move furniture or pack personal items for homeowners.
Report items, furniture, lamps, fixtures, etc., in need of repair.
Take out garbage.
Secure homes after service.
Report any suspicious or unauthorized person on or around the property.
Perform duties following safety procedures and policies
Complete work assignments in a timely manner.
Assist with special projects.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Other Duties:
1. Deliver packages, amenities or other items for homeowners or guests.
Working Conditions:
Work in private homes, on lanais.
Travel throughout the resort to private homes.
Work Hours:
Able to work shift and days determined by the Manager.
Able to work over 40 hours per week, if needed.
Equipment Use:
Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.
Vacuum cleaner and other cleaning tools such as mop, broom, brushes, cleaning cloths, sponges, ladder, etc.
Cleaning products and solutions.
Operate a motor vehicle to get to and from homes.
Mental and Physical Demands:
Able to prioritize and organize workload.
Able to stand and walk during most of shift.
Able to bend, kneel, climb up/down ladder to clean low and high areas.
Able to use cleaning tools and chemicals.
Able to climb up and down stairs in homes.
Able to lift, carry, pull or push supplies, equipment or furniture weighing up to 50lbs.
Communication Demands:
Must have the ability to communicate verbally to managers, other employees, homeowners or guests.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Must pay attention to detail.
Must be pleasant, friendly and smiling.
Driver’s License when operating company vehicles
Safely operate vehicles
