Responsibilities
- Litigate complex civil cases in Federal Court, including Section 1983 and FOIA claims
- Work closely with our Litigation Director and in-house legal support staff to handle all phases of litigation
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, including trial preparation and settlement negotiations
- Represent HRDC in public forums and media outlets to promote our mission and goals
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in civil litigation, with a strong background in complex cases. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
