Head Start Assistant Teacher
Primary Duties: The assistant teacher assists teachers and site supervisor to support children in developing the skills designed to promote social, physical, and cognitive growth to prepare children for the routines of a school setting. Center Aide assists in nutritional aspects of the classrooms and sanitization of the environment.
Full-time position; 40 hours per week – (9-10 months- off during the summer).
Pay:
- High School Diploma - $16.89/hour
- Preschool CDA - $17.91
Qualifications:
· Valid driver's license required with clean driving record.
· Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent.
· Pass background checks and drug screen
