We are seeking a dedicated individual to maintain high cleanliness standards for our customers.
The candidate must be available from Saturday to Wednesday between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
This position includes a non-cash allowance of $4.57 per hour for retirement or health insurance, which is not added to the base pay.

1. Perform custodial cleaning tasks with other personnel to meet contract specifications.
2. Assist in preparing weekly timesheets, supply request forms, accident reports, and PTO request forms for the personnel working alongside them.
3. Monitor supply inventory and notify the Project Supervisor when replenishment is needed.
4. Collaborate closely with the Project Supervisor to plan and coordinate various duties assigned to the job site.
5. Maintain a preventive maintenance program for all equipment on the job site and communicate with the Project Supervisor when repairs are needed.
6. Uphold positive safety standards consistent with published regulations, directives, and widely accepted safety procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or their designee.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Two (2) years of experience in commercial custodial cleaning.
3. A combination of education and work experience that is substantially equivalent to the above.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to others.
5. Ability to lead and collaborate with individuals to ensure they achieve their optimum performance level.
6. Capable of safely lifting more than 50 pounds.
7. Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a driving record compliant with Human Technologies’ Liability/Automotive Insurance carrier.
8. Must successfully pass any required federal, state, municipal, and/or customer-specific background checks.
