Responsibilities
As a vital member of our research team, you’ll play a key role throughout all phases of client engagements. From the pre-field logistics to hands-on data collection and the art of storytelling in reports, your contributions will shape the narrative and insights we deliver to our clients. You’ll gain exposure to various methodologies and industries, making each project a unique adventure.
Will Include:
- Project Coordination: Take the lead on logistics by gathering costs for proposals, conducting facility searches, and coordinating interactions to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Creative Input: Collaborate on questionnaire design and test online surveys to ensure they’re engaging and effective.
- Sample Management: Monitor recruits for clinics and online studies, ensuring the right participants are engaged.
- Engagement Facilitation: Organize and prepare materials for study participants, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
- Research Insights: Conduct secondary research to inform proposals and reports, contributing to the depth of our client deliverables.
- Qualitative Analysis: Observe focus groups, take detailed notes, and help distill key themes for impactful storytelling sessions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity in the post-field stage, proofreading and refining reports and presentations for clarity and professionalism.
- Visual Storytelling: Design report layouts, prepare charts and graphs, and summarize key consumer insights to create compelling narratives.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in internal training and contribute to various committees to enhance our culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, Statistics, Economics, Communications, Anthropology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience from internships or research studies related to marketing or research.
- Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SPSS knowledge preferred.
