About the Role
Humana is seeking a skilled Medicare Sales Field Agent to join our team. As a Medicare Sales Field Agent Specialist, you will be responsible for building community relationships, driving self-generated sales, and meeting sales goals and metrics while working independently.
You will interact with Humana's customers, external business partners, and the community we serve through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions. This role encompasses grass roots marketing and field sales community events, as well as visiting prospects in their homes.
Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on our services in a field setting. Some of our additional products include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more.
Responsibilities
- Build Community Relationships: Establish strong relationships with local communities, businesses, and organizations to promote Humana's products and services.
- Drive Self-Generated Sales: Utilize your sales skills and knowledge to generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Meet Sales Goals and Metrics: Work independently to achieve sales goals, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Interact with Customers and Partners: Engage with Humana's customers, external business partners, and the community we serve through various communication channels.
- Sell Individual Health Plan Products: Promote and sell Humana's individual health plan products to eligible beneficiaries.
- Educate Beneficiaries: Provide education and guidance to beneficiaries on Humana's services and products in a field setting.
