Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate routine maintenance and improvement projects for multiple facilities in Berks and Lancaster counties.
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the facility and on the equipment.
- Inspect buildings, facilities, and equipment to ascertain needed repairs and make or recommend repairs or alterations.
- Arrange for service with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other vendor specialties when appropriate.
- Maintain the lawn, landscaping, and grounds at HPA's multiple facilities.
- Oversee and or facilitate installations of new equipment
- Perform all related and compatible duties as assigned as carpentry, landscaping, minor and major repairs, as well as research and purchase materials to complete work orders as needed.
- Ensure maintenance of HPAs fleet of vehicles.
Who we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid PA Driver's License and clean driving record
- Minimum of three (3) years of full-time related experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience working in a maintenance-related capacity with experience working with heating, air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or related building trades.
Location: Based at our Reading Campus, deploys to our Lancaster and Birdsboro and Lititz locations regularly.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
