The Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic leader and trusted advisor, driving organizational success by aligning human capital initiatives with the organization's mission and long-term objectives. This role is responsible for transforming HR from a transactional function into a proactive, strategic partner that anticipates challenges, fosters an inclusive and high-performing culture, and delivers innovative solutions to complex workforce needs. The Director will lead all aspects of HR, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance while cultivating an environment of continuous improvement and high employee engagement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports organizational growth and sustainability.
- Serve as a key advisor to both senior leadership and executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational development, compensation philosophy and change management.
