Growing state of the art Healthcare facility is in need of Inpatient Medical Coders to work remotely.
This is a long-term contract role with a possibility of full time- working 40 hours per week.
Qualified applicants must have an active CCS (AHIMA)
- Analyze medical records
- Interpret documentation and assign proper classification of diseases
- Analyze and DRG groupings and observe DRG assignments.
- Review high dollar and more complex cases including but not limited to, medical, surgical, behavioral health and IP Rehabilitation.
