HumanEdge is looking to hire an OR Nurse to work in one of Connecticut's largest health care systems. 13 week contract with possibility to extend. Shift-10 hour dayshift. This is for the ambulatory OR.

Operating Room RN Responsibilities
• Assess patients condition before surgery
• Ensure that the Operating Room is prepared with all necessary supplies, implants, instrumentation, and equipment
• Keep the operating room sterilized
• Position the patient on operating table
• Pass medical instruments to the surgeons during operation
• Monitor patient’s vital signs
• Evaluate postoperative patients
Graduate of a State approved and accredited School of Nursing
2 years’ experience in a Hospital setting
EPIC experience
Connecticut RN license
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
Proof of right to work in the United States
English
