HumanHire is partnered with a Design and Manufacturing company to find a Sales Administrator to manage all aspects of sales processes within a Manufacturing environment, based in Uniondale, NY.
As a Sales Administrator at this Manufacturing company, you will be responsible for managing the order entry process, assisting with product quoting, conducting research on product specifications, managing proposals, and processing material orders.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities :
Accurately input customer orders into the system, ensuring all necessary information is captured and processed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide product quotations based on customer requirements and specifications.
Conduct research to identify products that meet customer specifications, pricing, and availability, ensuring that the most cost-effective and suitable solutions are offered.
Assist in managing the proposal process, including preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring proposals are delivered on time.
Maintain communication with customers regarding order status, lead times, and product inquiries, providing a high level of customer service throughout the process.
Qualifications :
2 years of Sales and Customer Service focused experience
Experience within a Manufacturing or Engineering company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
