HumanHire is partnered with a well-known, leading food and confectionery manufacturer to help them find an Executive / Personal Assistant for their office in Melville, NY.
The Executive / Personal Assistant will provide high-level, administrative support to the CEO, managing all aspects of professional & personal scheduling functions.
We are seeking candidates with 6 years of Executive / Personal Assistant experience supporting C-Suite leaders or executive teams to join our growing team!
Salary : Up to $115,000 per year
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30AM-5PM

Executive / Personal Assistant Responsibilities :
Support CEO and other executive team members with administrative support
Manage calendar and professional & personal scheduling for CEO
Coordinate team events and meetings, both internally and off-site
Handle agendas, mail, emails, phone calls, client communications / management, and other company logistics
Oversee travel arrangements for senior executives, handing accommodations, transportation, meals, etc.
Other administrative duties such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet / report creation, document management, etc.
Executive / Personal Assistant Qualifications :
6 years of C-Suite / executive support experience as an EA / PA required
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field highly preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills, ability to meet multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
Must be tech savvy, proficiency in Microsoft office programs
Ability to maintain professionalism and handle confidential information with discretion
Must be a flexible team player; willing to adapt to changes and challenges
