HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Global Law Firm to find a Legal Secretary to support the firms growing Patent Prosecution Group in the Menlo Park / Palo Alto area.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing a dynamic workload. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our patent prosecution practice.

Pay : $85-95K Base Salary plus OT and Bonus

Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and patent agents specializing in patent prosecution.
Prepare, edit, and finalize correspondence, patent applications, amendments, and other legal documents in compliance with USPTO and international patent office standards.
Manage attorney calendars, including tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with clients and patent offices.
File documents with the USPTO and other patent offices through electronic systems such as EFS-Web or Patent Center.
Communicate professionally with clients, inventors, and foreign associates regarding case statuses, deadlines, and procedural requirements.
Qualifications :
1 years of Legal Secretary experience
Patent Prosecution experience is required
Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or Associate Degree (Preferred)
