HumanHire is partnered with a local, international manufacturer to help them find an Office Administrator to join their US HQ in Plainview.
This organization has been on Long Island for over 25 years and they're seeking someone who can support their SVP of Sales with day-to-day operations.
We are seeking candidates with 3-4 years of sales admin experience to join our growing team!
Salary : Up to $60,000 per year
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
Health, Vision, Dental, 401K Match, PTO
Responsibilities :
Manage and update customer information within Excel and Salesforce
Set up and open new customer accounts
Update dealer sites with product information
Run reports and assist with special projects as requested
Respond to inquiries from dealers and customers as needed
Qualifications :
3-4 years of prior sales support experience required
High school diploma required, Associate degree highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, mail merge, X-LOOKUP) required
Prior experience working with Salesforce or other CRM
Must possess strong analytical skills
