Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of logistics employees.
- Process, track, and manage shipments, including customs documentation.
- Oversee picking, packing, and inventory management within the company's ERP system.
- Maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure efficient order processing and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for office operations, including data entry and document management.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences, and events.
- Manage office supplies and procurement.
- Process invoices and support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years in office administration and/or logistics; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory and order management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to travel for onboarding.
