Quality Control Inspector Overview
HumanHire is partnering with one of our clients in big name in the Food Manufacturing Sector, they're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join their team!
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products meet the highest quality standards before they reach customers. You will utilize ensure that the facility is compliant with FDA and USDA regulations.

Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Monitor raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify adherence to company and regulatory specifications.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other food safety programs.
Perform environmental and product testing, including microbiological and chemical analysis, to detect potential hazards.
Document and report deviations from quality standards and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, testing, and compliance reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies such as FDA, USDA, SQF, BRC, or GFSI standards.
Train production and sanitation staff on quality control procedures, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety protocols.
Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Assist in internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and addressing audit findings.
Quality Control Inspector Qualifications
Knowledge of : FDA, USDA, GMP, HACCP, SQF, BRC, or other food safety regulations and standards
Previous experience with conducting / leading internal and external audits
