We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Medical Collectors to join our Accounts Receivable team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial health of the organization by researching and resolving unpaid claims, managing outstanding balances, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the revenue cycle.

Research and resolve unpaid claims using monthly aging reports.
Utilize platforms such as WebPT, CMD, Navinet, Availity, CMS contractor websites, and payer sites to facilitate claim resolution.
Monitor and manage outstanding balances to maintain financial stability.
Collaborate with internal teams and insurance providers to expedite claim payments and minimize aging accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
Proficiency in relevant systems and platforms (WebPT, CMD, Navinet, Availity, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective claim resolution.
Knowledge of medical billing and collections processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
