What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager ASL - Deaf Services Program position at Humanim?
Responsible for oversight of administrative functions, personnel management, fiscal management, program development, and evaluation of the following programs: ASL - Deaf Services Programs to include Job Readiness, Job Development, Job Support, and Day program activities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Developmental Disabilities Services and the team to coordinate individual programming with the overall activities, services, and staffing requirements.
- Develop, implement and monitor agency policies and procedures.
- Assure offered services meet the current and future needs of agency consumers.
- Work collaboratively with Clinical, Residential, and Quality Assurance departments in efficient delivery of services and coordination of the agency.
- Maintain knowledge base regarding vocational, rehabilitation and business fields.
- Oversee the development of engaging, person-centered and community-based programming that focus on increasing independence and skill development.
- Assist the Community Support Manager in the development, and the monitoring of Person-Centered Plans that identifies outcomes important to the individual, outlines.
