What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Coordinator position at Humanim?
Reporting to the Residential Program Manager, the Residential Coordinator will work with a multi-disciplinary team to help clients with physical, mental, developmental, or emotional disabilities live independently. The Residential Coordinator is the primary resource for all assigned staff within the residential unit and ensures the provision of treatment and medication services, and collaborates, coordinates, and communicates with an interdisciplinary team to implement services such as group activities and community outings.
