Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, coding of receipts and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Reconcile Receipts to company credit card
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable, accounts payable and adjusting journal entries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
