Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to promote skill development and behavior reduction.
- Provide ongoing supervision of treatment plan implementation to behavior technicians (BT).
- Provide parent and/or caregiver trainings.
- Collaborate with treatment team and other professionals to ensure effective treatment implementation.
- Analyze BT-collected data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA).
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel within a specified region.
