Humanities Foundation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Community Engagement Manager to support our senior and family communities. This full-time role involves coordinating transportation, delivering meals, assisting with educational and outreach programs, and supporting resident-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meal Program Support: Deliver meals safely and accurately as part of the Summer Feeding Program, ensure proper food handling, record temperatures, and maintain detailed delivery logs.
- Transportation Services: Coordinate transportation schedules, safely transport residents to events and appointments, and maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles.
- Resident Engagement: Promote and help organize events and activities for seniors and families, distribute marketing materials, and encourage participation in programs.
- Community Programs: Assist with summer camps, afterschool tutoring, and mentoring programs at family communities. Support emergency assistance efforts through ShelterNet as needed.
- Collaboration & Outreach: Work closely with property managers, resident services staff, and community partners to plan shared events and leverage outside resources for resident programs.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow all safety regulations and program guidelines, ensure certifications (DOT, OSHA) are up to date, and secure waivers for participant activities.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 75–100 lbs
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Preferred: experience in transportation, senior care, or customer service

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
