MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of Administrative Support experience in a professional office environment
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in a professional office environment
- 2 years of Financial Services / Wealth Management / Insurance industry experience
- CRM / Office Software experience (Example: Salesforce, Redtail, DocuSign, Adobe, Etc.)
- Advanced Technology Skills and use of MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Etc.)
- Video Meeting Application experience (Example: Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, MS Teams, Skype, etc.)
- SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) Certification is preferred
- Active and/or expired FINRA Licensing is preferred
- Degree / Certificate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study is preferred
ROLE DESCRIPTION Prioritizing client needs and helping to create solutions is an important part of their culture and at the core of everything our client does. In providing excellent administrative support and client service as a Financial Advisor Assistant / Financial Office Assistant you will:
- Be the first point of contact, greeting clients in-person, by phone, email, video call, etc., in a warm, friendly manner
- Initiate and track client paperwork and account transaction effectively (Example: New/Existing account paperwork processing, transfers, contributions, payment processing, etc.)
- Follow up on pending business with companies and clients
- Complete other various industry specific administrative tasks within established filing and paperwork timelines/deadlines
- Update CRM System and client data to reflect most current and accurate information
- Ensure inquires and concerns are addressed and resolved, achieving expected service levels
- Provide both pre/post Client Meeting Support for the Financial Advisor(s)
- Provide thorough, high-quality research, problem solving and issue resolution
- Ensure client business flow and communication expectations are met
- Manage Financial Advisor(s) calendar appointments, travel, meetings, etc. as needed
- Assist in monitoring Financial Advisor(s) emails, calls, communications as needed
- Develop effective working relationships with the Financial Advisor(s), company staff, and vendors to ultimately provide effective, high-quality service for clients
- Provide effective, high-quality service for clients

COMPENSATION
- $50,000 - $70,000 Annual Base Salary
