Job Title: Floor Manager / Floor Supervisor – T.I.T.T. S Chicken

Pay Rate: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant floor operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead and motivate staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and oversee employee performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure efficiency.
• Uphold company policies, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Assist in financial aspects such as cash handling, sales tracking, and cost control.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Floor Supervisor, or similar role in a quick-service restaurant required.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and food safety standards.
