We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor (Front of House Supervisor) to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Lead, train, and support FOH staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee cash handling, register operations, and accurate transaction processing.
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift assignments, and workload distribution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor inventory and place orders for FOH supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
