We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor (Front of House Supervisor) to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Lead, train, and support FOH staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Oversee cash handling, register operations, and accurate transaction processing.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift assignments, and workload distribution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for FOH supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
