POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager for a quick-service restaurant to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of kitchen management, and the ability to uphold high standards in food preparation and service.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff and activities.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards.
- Develop and maintain inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and sanitation.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Create schedules and manage labor costs efficiently.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
