What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Humareso?
Humareso has partnered with a quality-focused and customer-centric painting and carpentry company. The service area includes the central New Jersey region and eastern Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
I. Scope of Responsibilities
A. Make estimate calls, write them up, and follow up to close the deals.
B. Oversee work sites from start to finish.
C. Keep sites supplied with needed materials.
D. Keep work vans maintained with oil changes, inspections, etc.
II. Specific Duties
A. Purchase supplies as needed.
B. Coordinate shared responsibilities of estimating and site management with the other Project Manager.
C. Set clear expectations with crews about job performance and quality control.
D. Keep customers, painters, and other managers in the loop with clear communications.
E. Be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
F. Be responsible for tracking job receipts and calculating job profitability for each project.
G. Keep the shop area organized and equipment maintained.
III. Expectations and Accountability
A. Must have proven experience with painting and sales (carpentry experience a plus).
B. Be available 45-50 hours per week, 7 : 00 to 4 : 30 Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday and evening estimates.
C. Maintain a professional demeanor, including proper cleanliness and appearance. Be firm but gentle in interactions with painters. Demonstrate a relaxed, friendly manner with customers. Remain calm in difficult situations. Integrity and honesty are necessary in this position.
D. Ensure that projects are completed within the time frame and budget of the project. Be certain the finished product meets exacting standards.
E. Accountability of this position is to the Operations Manager of the company.
F. Valid Driver’s license.
G. Spanish fluency a plus.
