Humble Bee Sugaring Studio is looking for a Brand Specialist to join our Hive! The role of our Brand Specialist is essential in the success of our business. We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, quick thinker to provide our clients with outstanding customer service. This is a unique work from home opportunity handling client communication for all of our locations.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients using our texting system and the occasional phone call
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with membership administration
- Communicate with Worker Bees (estheticians) about the status of their clients
- Manage multiple schedules at once
- Manage challenging customer service situations while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and helpful approach
Skills needed
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Great communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems and programs
Requirements
- At least 2 years Customer Service experience
- Must live in the Las Vegas/Henderson area
- Experience with Vagaro not required but helpful
- Current shifts available are evenings 2pm-9pm (subject to change depending on business needs)
- Weekends required
- Must have a computer and be efficient at typing
- A love for the beauty industry
- Finds true joy in making someone's day
