Are you a dynamic and analytical professional with extensive experience in the retail industry? If so, we want you to be a part of our team as a Senior Account Manager! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a proven track record of success in leveraging skills and experience in sales in the retail industry and with a passion for creating new sales channels and driving the profitability of products in order to achieve our growth as we continue to expand our online presence and retail partnerships. 

 

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior VP of Sales, the Senior Account Manager will be part of the Sales team and will play a significant role in growing our sales and marketing team.


  • Increase sales and profitability within Amazon and other eCommerce sales channels.
  • Create and manage a sales strategy and revenue/product forecasts for growing Amazon and other eCommerce accounts.
  • Use analytics to track sales performance, oversee daily pricing of products, analyze competitors and competitive products, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze sales trends and identify new product opportunities for eCommerce retailers.
  • Partner internally with sales, operations, and finance teams to achieve goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, leading across the organization on key initiatives.
  • Understand product assortment, customer preferences, market trends and pricing, and business drivers.
  • Manage sales metrics (e.g. weekly and monthly sales reports and annual forecasts).
  • Manage all content on eCommerce sites and be responsible for continually updating content.
  • Drive sales through digital marketing tools like SEO, digital content management, SEM/PPC, Google AdWords, email blasts, and Google Analytics.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or related fields. 
  • At least 5 years of experience selling to Amazon and other eCommerce retailers.
  • Extensive experience with Amazon’s Vendor Central (experience with Amazon’s Seller Central is a plus).
  • Experience formulating and evaluating AMS campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of distribution, including EDI, 3PLs, and dropship.
