Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced team. This full-time, non-exempt role is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations while providing direct support to the Chief Financial Officer. Some overtime may be required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Ensure smooth daily operations by handling essential administrative tasks.
- Calendar & Travel Management : Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Office Management : Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and organization. Order and set up lunches, events, and meetings. Handle cleanup and office lock-up.
- Communication : Serve as the first point of contact for team members, providing professional and friendly interactions.
- Data Management : Maintain and update client and office records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Project Coordination : Assist with team projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Team Collaboration : Provide support across the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
