Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced IT Business System Analyst to join our team. This role involves significant responsibility in analyzing business needs defining system requirements and acting as a bridge between business users and IT development teams. The candidate will leverage digital technologies to support business objectives while ensuring efficiency security and effectiveness of IT solutions. This position may also provide guidance and leadership to other associates.
Key Responsibilities : Digital Technologies :
Utilize IT solutions to drive business goals and explore new opportunities.
Act as both a strategic advisor and service provider for IT solutions.
Ensure IT security measures protect business operations.
Development Management :
Oversee the creation of business technology applications including website design and product development.
Manage development teams while aligning with client objectives.
Ensure the successful delivery of innovative products and solutions.
IT Business Systems Analysis :
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams for technologydriven solutions.
Identify and analyze business needs conduct requirements gathering and define project scope.
Recommend process improvements and IT solutions to optimize business operations.
Research document and define the relationships between system components including users business processes data applications and devices.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable system specifications.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of IT systems analysis business process improvement and digital technologies.
Experience in managing development projects and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Proficiency in identifying problems assessing issues and making datadriven decisions.
Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
