Key Responsibilities :
Align business and technology strategies, identifying and addressing gaps in processes.
Conduct business process analysis, process modeling, and redesign to optimize workflows.
Develop data requirements, maintain data quality, and establish consistent data standards.
Analyze system interactions, data flows, and platform integrations with a systems-thinking approach.
Engage with stakeholders, facilitate collaboration across teams, and document business needs.
Utilize an agile mindset to adapt to iterative delivery and pivot as necessary.
Tackle complex challenges creatively and provide actionable solutions.
Perform a variety of roles, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements :
Education : High School / GED with 4 years of Business Analyst training / certification and experience, OR an Associate's degree with 2 years of Business Analyst experience, OR a Bachelor's degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ITIL-based Service Management tools.
Strong foundation in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and agile business analysis methodologies, including the development of user stories.
Knowledge of technologies such as .NET Core, C , Angular, and Google Cloud Platform / hosting.
Previous experience working with healthcare applications is strongly preferred.
