Job Description :
The Senior Program Administrator will oversee and manage Massports Minority and Women Business Enterprise (M / WBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) programs. This role ensures compliance with diversity and inclusion goals for design and professional services contracts collaborating with internal departments and external partners to set participation targets conduct audits and generate reports.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee M / WBE & DBE program compliance for assigned projects.
- Provide guidance on diversity opportunities during bidding and contract awards.
- Conduct audits site visits and verify payments to ensure program adherence.
- Develop and update policies manuals and procedures.
- Lead training sessions for stakeholders and contractors.
- Prepare compliance reports for internal and external review.
- Advocate for diverse business inclusion in Massport contracts.
