Job Title : Transportation Associate
Location : Springdale, AR 72762
Duration : 3 Months (Potential for Extension)
Shift : 3rd shift & 3 or 4 days a week. Wed Friday and every other Saturday.
Job Summary :
This entry-level management role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fleet operations . The Transportation Associate will work closely with an experienced supervisor to develop the skills and knowledge needed for success in transportation logistics and fleet management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with dispatch operations , including coordinating unassigned loads and ensuring on-time deliveries .
- Monitor driver safety and address any issues that arise outside of normal office hours.
- Gain experience across various departments , including load planning, shuttle operations, and regional logistics.
- Serve as a weekend / night shift dispatcher as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on operational needs.
