- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards.
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food served.
- Lead and mentor staff through effective team management practices, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified personnel to build a strong team.
- Develop training programs for new employees in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
