We are excited to announce that HUMPHREYS RESIDENTIAL, located in POINT LOMA SAN DIEGO, is seeking another Property Manager for a multi-site residential portfolio. The new position will be supported during training by the whole team, including the two other property managers. Team work is our greatest strength! This new Property Manager position will begin with responsibility as the Leasing Manager, growing over an anticipated 6 month period to assume full responsibility to managing the daily operations of an Assigned Portfolio of 60-80 doors within our well-established, medium-sized residential property management company based in Point Loma, San Diego.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the daily operations of a third-party residential property management firm overseeing a portfolio of well-maintained assets.
- Develop and implement internet marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
- Show properties to potential residents and manage the application and lease execution process.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease renewals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident and client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency requests and be available for occasional weekend activities as needed.
- Ensure properties remain well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
Assist in coordinating third-party contractors for maintenance and repair requests
