Are you a detail-oriented Accounting Professional with a passion for accuracy and financial reporting? Huna Totem Corporation is looking for an Accountant to join our team in Juneau, AK . This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic accounting team, supporting multiple entities and contributing to our mission-driven organization.
What You’ll Do :
Maintain and reconcile cash balances
Prepare and record bank deposits
Manage A / P, A / R, and financial reporting
Assist with budget preparation, audits, and taxes
Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate accounting policies
What We’re Looking For :
- 10 years of accounting experience (GL, A / P, A / R, cash management, financial reporting)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP & financial principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & accounting software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
