Are you a detail-oriented Accounting Professional with a passion for accuracy and financial reporting? Huna Totem Corporation is looking for an Accountant to join our team in Juneau, AK. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic accounting team, supporting multiple entities and contributing to our mission-driven organization.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Maintain and reconcile cash balances
✅ Prepare and record bank deposits
✅ Manage A/P, A/R, and financial reporting
✅ Assist with budget preparation, audits, and taxes
✅ Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate accounting policies
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 10 years of accounting experience (GL, A/P, A/R, cash management, financial reporting)
✔️ Strong knowledge of GAAP & financial principles
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & accounting software
✔️ Excellent organizational and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
