Position Summary:
Channel Specialists at Menufy powered by HungerRush are responsible for building relationships with channel partners and enabling them to sell HungerRush Solutions which include All in one HungerRush POS solution, Menufy Online Ordering, and value added solutions. The products have numerous benefits to our customers and are easy to believe in and sell. You will be responsible for nurturing new and existing partnerships, enabling those partners so they can generate qualified leads for our sales team to work. You will be given a revenue target and will guide your channel partners, their restaurants and our internal teams to ensure a smooth process to close.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build a productive and trusted relationship with all channel partners by maintaining close communication during various stages of the sales and implementation process
- Ensure clear understanding and interpretation of customer needs and record appropriate solutions to meet requirements
- Manage and build on relationships with a mix of virtual and in-person touchpoints. This will include travel to regional food shows, ride-a-longs, and district meetings
- Create and define value for channel partners and their customers by understanding their business and needs
- Enhance sales performance by acquiring product and industry knowledge on a continuous basis and building capability as a professional and salesperson
- Research target markets and trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage a customer pipeline utilizing a CRM
- Gain and share industry experience with peers
- 2 years of related experience
- Demonstrated working experience in sales and/or account management
- Strong, problem solving, written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-directed and action-oriented depth of knowledge with sales acumen
- Drive for results and self-motivated
- Organization skills along with the ability to manage multiple prospective customer accounts
- High school diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in business is a plus
- Proficiency in two languages is helpful (including but not limited to Spanish or Mandarin)
- General understanding of restaurant operations
