What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Hunkapi Programs Inc?
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the office staff responsibilities and performance.
- Coordinate the hiring and on-boarding process for front office staff.
- Verify hours daily for payroll process.
- Organize and monitor office operations and procedures such as preparation of payrolls, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
- Maintain daily/weekly reporting of client activity tracking to maintain targeted participation rates in partnership with the Accounts Manager.
- Oversees all IT problems to include phones and computer systems.
- Responsible for purchasing needed office equipment to include computers, desks, etc.
- Research and develop resources and practices that create timely and efficient workflow.
- Maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
- Establish uniform correspondence practices and procedures.
- Formulate procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Plan office layout, manage office budget, and initiate cost management programs.
- Review clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Complete all required training and work with HR to ensure front office staff training is complete.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain contact with customers and outside vendors.
- Perform other related duties as requested or assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 Years
- Preferred Experience: 7 Years, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
