We are seeking to hire Co-Founders who are primed and eager to co-found a startup that focuses on purpose-driven outcomes. Kentucky’s supportive and accessible network of resources, as well as its established industries of manufacturing, distribution, logistics, agriculture & education, provides the ideal environment to apply disruptive solutions in our focus areas.Co-Founders will work with the Hunsicker Studio team to further develop, launch, and execute on a vetted business concept relevant to their previous expertise. The right Co-Founder will be hyper-focused on taking our proposed concept from idea to launch, and launch to scale, working to build the next epic company to help yield collective gains.
What You Bring
- A strong track record of building and scaling a business or product, including overcoming challenges, a strong work ethic, and desire to build a high growth company.
- An entrepreneurial mindset along with the determination to scale a company from zero to one and beyond.
- Operational leadership experience, including P&L ownership and / or management.
- A unique perspective or deep experience in one of Hunsicker’s focus areas, such as workforce development, education, housing, food access, wellness, etc.
- A winning capability in product design or development, business development, engineering, sales, or growth.
