Job Description :
We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance & Business Development Intern for the Finance department located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.
The Intern will be expected to complete a comprehensive financial modeling project to be reviewed and presented to Senior Management at the close of the summer.
Responsibilities :
- Provide assistance and participation in due diligence related to acquisitions and divestiture activities
- Provide assistance with Capital and Program forecasting on specific projects
- Participate in acquisition and divestiture activities and analysis
- Research for information related to current A&D projects and general market trends
- Assist in building financial models
- Analyze and document Hunt's mid-year long range plan update
- Assist with portfolio management and capital forecasting / tracking
- Support commodity risk management and hedging strategy and implementation
