Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a full-time AV Foreman/Lead Technician to join our team within the distributed antenna system (DAS), Technology Division. The AV Foreman/Lead Technician is a full time position with opportunities to grow and expand your knowledge in DAS/Technology.
The AV Foreman/Lead Technician will be responsible for managing one or more projects and day to day activities related to construction. The Foreman will manage Technicians and Apprentices in the successful execution of projects with varying complexities. This position will report directly to Project Manager to produce on time, within budget, project delivery while maintaining high levels of safety, quality and craftsmanship. Project execution should be done within the confines of company goals and vision in order to exceed client expectations.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm.
The AV Foreman/Lead Technician will be responsible for managing one or more projects and day to day activities related to construction. The Foreman will manage Technicians and Apprentices in the successful execution of projects with varying complexities. This position will report directly to Project Manager to produce on time, within budget, project delivery while maintaining high levels of safety, quality and craftsmanship. Project execution should be done within the confines of company goals and vision in order to exceed client expectations.
Major Duties
- Planning and defining scope and mobilization plan.
- Activity coordination /Sequencing assistance.
- Understand project specifications.
- Resource planning, material requisitions, and 6 week look aheads, supply chain management, and assist in project labor projections.
- Understand construction drawings and ability to utilize construction technology.
- Interaction with client and or General Contractor, and onsite management of subcontractors.
- Assist Project Teams to mitigate risks and issues with great team leadership, customer service skills, and ability to help and mentor team members.
- Attention to Detail for Quality Control and ability to understand and exceed customer expectations.
- Execute site commissioning and turnup.
- 4 Years in Audio Video industry with a history of successful project performance in the Low Voltage Industry.
- Experience running crews and delivery large complex projects.
- Holding safety in high regard while expecting a high level of quality craftsmanship.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam exposure.
- Experienced with Crestron, Extron or Control 4 Installations
- CTS Certification
- Good Communications Skills
- Understand Project Financial Commitments
