Salary :
Hunt Electric, Inc . is seeking a full-time Substation Department Manager to join our team within the High Voltage Division.
The Substation Department Manager will be responsible for creating new business opportunities in the High Voltage substation marketplace, executing on department plans, managing project execution and overseeing all operations of the department.
Major Duties :
- Oversee the entirety of the substation department of the High Voltage Division.
- Implement the High Voltage Divisions business plan.
- Build a department of highly skilled substation electrical technicians and wiremen.
- Overseeing the execution of substation projects both new and retrofits.
- Managing project managers and creating and implementing business development plan to reach existing and new clients.
- Estimate all elements of substation projects.
- Manage profit and loss.
- Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.
Minimum Qualifications :
As a full-time Substation Department Manager , you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).

Work Schedule :
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday 7 : 00am 4 : 30pm and Fridays 7 : 00am 2 : 00pm.
