We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Commercial Litigation Associate to join a nationally renowned law firm in Springfield, Missouri. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful litigation matters within the Real Estate, Development & Construction business unit.

In this position, you will :
- Conduct factual investigations and manage discovery processes in complex commercial litigation.
- Prepare pleadings, draft motions, and represent clients effectively in mediation.
- Take and defend depositions while developing strong litigation strategies.
- Collaborate with attorneys across the Real Estate, Development & Construction business unit to deliver tailored legal solutions.
- Participate in state and federal court proceedings, with additional exposure to administrative matters and arbitrations.
