About the Role :
Were seeking an Outreach Specialist to drive referrals andsupport participant enrollment for the PACE program. This roleinvolves networking with community partners organizing events anddeveloping marketing strategies to promote independent living forelderly individuals.

Your Mission :
- Drive Sales &Enrollment : Increase PACE program referrals throughproactive outreach and communityengagement.
- Build CommunityRelationships : Establish and nurture relationshipswith community partners to create referralnetworks.
- Collaborate withEnrollment Specialists : Work closely with theenrollment team to ensure successful participantonboarding.
- Organize Events &Presentations : Plan and attend community eventsdelivering presentations to educate on the PACEprogram.
- CRM &Compliance : Track activities in CRM software andadhere to DHCS and CMSregulations.
- Support MarketingStrategies : Develop marketing plans optimizereferral processes and attend events as needed on evenings andweekends.
CoreCompetencies :
- Healthcare sales and enrollmentexperience.
- Networking and relationshipbuildingskills with community partners.
- Knowledge ofthe Los Angeles County market and the ability to organize outreachevents.
- Strong presentation organization andCRM software proficiency.
What You Bring :
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years in healthcare enrollment sales or healthcaresales.
- Licenses : Valid CA drivers license reliable transportation and autoinsurance.
- Additional Skills(Preferred) : CRM software experience familiaritywith the PACE model and Spanish languageskills.
Schedule &Shift Details :
- Work Schedule : Hybrid schedule with 12 days in the community or office; remainingtimeremote.
- Hours : MondayFriday typically 8 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM with occasional evening andweekend events.
Travel : Local travelthroughout the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Compensation &Benefits :
- Salary Range : $61700$81000 per year with performancebased bonuses ($2000 permonth for fourenrollees).
- MileageReimbursement : IRSrate.
- 401(k) : Employermatch.
