We are currently seeking an IT Service Management Intern for the IT department located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.
The intern will help the IT service management team by assisting with active projects regarding our ITSM tool, ServiceNow, as well as participating in change management, major incident management, and other various projects assigned.

Job Description
We are currently seeking an IT Service Management Intern for the IT department located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.
The intern will help the IT service management team by assisting with active projects regarding our ITSM tool, ServiceNow, as well as participating in change management, major incident management, and other various projects assigned.
Responsibilities
- Participate in change management and major incident management.
- Participate in our ongoing ServiceNow projects.
- Gather and document requirements.
- Test and document new software functionality.
- Train users newly implemented features.
- Assist will implementation of standard operating procedure knowledge base.
- Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree or master’s in IT Service Management or Management Information Systems.
- Minimum of 3.0 grade point average.
- Interest in IT Service Management, and the desire to provide users the best possible experience with IT.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (i.e., Excel, SharePoint, Access, etc.).
- Experience with process flow tools, like Microsoft Visio, is a plus.
- Independent worker with good technical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and areas of responsibility concurrently.
