Hunter Auto Group is seeking a motivated and professional BDC Service Agent to support our growing Service Department. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, positive service experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails in a courteous and efficient manner
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Follow up on missed or overdue appointments to maintain strong customer relationships
- Keep customer information and appointment details up to date in the CRM
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure accurate communication and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused demeanor
- Prior experience in a call center, BDC, or automotive environment is preferred, but not required
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, and standard office technology
